Subject: Campopiano AC Installation - Laconia
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and Steve Gorse for the prompt installation of our AC unit in Laconia . It is rare that a salesmen stops by
the job site to observe and inspect the installation to make sure it's going as planned. We were very pleased to see Steve at our house both days.
We especially wanted to let you know that Justin and Chris worked very well together and did an excellent job with our installation. They were very
professional at all times and worked very hard on our installation without wasting any time. They were always polite and cooperative and eager to
please us with the installation of our unit. Justin did an excellent job explaining how the system works and the use of the controller unit (remote)
as well as educating us on how an AC system works. They respected our property and wiped their feet before coming in the house to work on the
unit. My wife, Susan, was very observant and pleased with their work ethic as was I.
You have two very good young men working for you. It is not that often when you encounter a couple of guys who take pride in their work and
demonstrate it through their performance. They left our house and property the same as it was before they arrived. You should give them both a
raise and/or bonus. They are both excellent PR representatives for your company and we would not hesitate to recommend them and Home
Energy Products to our friends .
